Below are two composites of Fluid's logo as it is right now. There will be a few small modifications to this logo, but the two below are posted for a general idea. If you get a chance by Saturday, leave a comment with your thoughts on the logo. What you like, dislike, and what you feel should be changed.

A new presence...

Just wanted to let you all know that Fluid has taken on a new presence in the online world. In the next day or two you will now be able to access the new website:

While this blog is the unofficial place to get information, thoughts, and the odd rambling the Fluid website will be the place to go to get the official information as well as to download promotional materials and anything else that comes it's way. So stay tuned for www.Fluid2006.com!

In the beginning...

My many thanks to all the leaders who were out at YT-05 to support the kick off of the new Revolution happening here in our division. Not only was that great to see, but the support you showed at the lunch meeting for next year's Forward event made me excited.

As mentioned there, I will be working on all the media aspects of the Fluid event including the promotional materials that will be soon be presented to you! Of course I want to make relevant materials that will help in the promotion of this event and so I would love your feedback into what you feel would most benefit your youth ministry in making this event not only known but an event of excitement and of interest to the youth. Send me an email with your thoughts or requests (or post a comment to this blog entry for all to see!).... promotional video to play during a church service or youth group gathering? desktop backgrounds for computers at the youth's home? logos for the bulletin? poster for a board in/near the youth room? etc etc etc...

Be sure to continue your prayers for this event. While it is still far off in our calendars, plenty of work is happening at this very moment, and has been even before this past weekend. May this event not only continue the Revolution started, but expand it!!
